North Shore Winter Birding with Amar Ayash

Amar Ayash will join us to guide the Illinois Young Birders along the North Shore on Sunday, February 2, 2020! We will meet at North Point Marina in Winthrop Harbor, IL, at 8:30 a.m. and scan for winter waterfowl, gulls, and anything else in the area. From there we have many site options along the shore, depending on recent sightings, which could include Waukegan, and/or Illinois Beach State Park.
I will create a group text for everyone who is registered for the event, which allows us to keep up with each other in real time.
We hope to see many varieties of winter waterfowl and gulls! Please register if you plan to attend.
